The site is part of Domaine Saint Aubin, which also operates a vanilla plantation, a rhumeria and a luxury restaurant 17 km away near the village of Souillac.

Museum and tea plantation tour

Visit the small museum and take a one-hour guided tour of the tea plantation and the adjacent tea factory.

Tours are given several times a day in English or French.

How to get there

The plantation is in the village of Bois Cheri and we recommend combining it with a trip to the Grand Bassin temple complex, 6km away.

The main road from Grand Bassin passes right by the plantation.

The museum and the plantation can be found on the very western edge of the village.
