How can I get the code again?
Hello, has anyone had the experience of buying tickets, paying by bank transfer, but receiving an email saying that it hasn't been paid for and if you don't sort it out within 24 hours, the tickets will be cancelled? The problem is that the money has gone, the bank has confirmed it and the helpline has not advised us.
That's the worst possible way to pay at Wizz. They'll probably cancel it and you'll be pulling money out of them for a while.
This happens with Wizz if the 6-digit code (in the comment field) is incorrectly entered or missing during the transfer payment. .... As Jox writes, this is the worst possible payment method at Wizz...but they will refund the payment relatively quickly.
Hi, am I entitled to a refund for simply changing departure times that don't suit me? Or does this only apply to cancellations? Thanks :)
Depending on the size of the change, Wizzair will either offer you a change and cancellation or not.

Not just Wizz and it works exactly the same as if there weren't any. You walk in and you beep your boarding pass.

They're closing as usual.
If you get to the boarding on time, there's no problem. You just have to take into account that there is no toilet behind the pen, so you have to go before you get into the pen.

How much does the flight have to be changed to make the change/credits/refund?
The information came in the mail, the shift is an hour and a quarter, the buttons to make changes at the booking are not there. For the second flight yes, but there they wrote that the flight is cancelled (while it was also only a shift - by 7h, or 2,5h on the return flight).
Is there any indication of how much the delay must be to allow free changes? The flights are not until next year.

Well, I wonder what they'll do with those planes. The Poles are speculating about reopening the base in Modlin. Maybe we'll see something to Prague or Pardubice.
They could at least add something to Vienna that they cancelled earlier.
They will probably strengthen connections within Europe. From autumn there is a new line Bratislava - Bucharest. And maybe they will make the Slovak Minister of Transport happy and fly on an hourly basis on the Bratislava - Košice route. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

In case you missed the information, according to yesterday's Hospodářek, Wizz Air is finally in foreclosure, where it has been sent by a Czech court for not returning money for cancelled flights.
"WIZZ Link allows passengers to combine multiple Wizz Air flights into one booking, opening up almost 8,000 new route combinations across key hubs such as Budapest, London, Rome, Warsaw and Tirana. What previously required repeated searches and separate transactions can now be scheduled and booked in one seamless process, all within our ecosystem, " the carrier said in a press release.

According to what the article says, it won't be such a big deal.
So if it means that when I change/cancel one segment, I'll be able to rebook/refund all the other segments as well, I would consider that an advantage over the status quo. Otherwise, probably not much else extra to expect.
Exactly @Ala. There's a lot of chatter about it everywhere and it probably won't really help with emergencies, but if Wizzair sort out the changes days/weeks before departure and allow a full rebook then it will help mega. It will actually make it usable
That's about the only advantage there is. Otherwise, I wonder how their system handles the transfer time calculation. Since it's actually two separate flights, no MCT can be used.
Especially if you have to check in again.
