Than Sadet Waterfall
Than Sadet Waterfall is a set of smaller cascades in the jungle on the east of Koh Phangan, just a few minutes from Haad Sadet Beach. Don't expect one big waterfall - more like a natural stream with stone steps.
Located in Than Sadet National Park. There is a fee at the entrance:
- 100 thb per person
The fee includes entry to Phaeng Noi waterfall on the other side of the island and can only be paid in cash.

Does it make sense to come here?
👉 Yes, but it depends on the time of year:
- after the rains → interesting, enough water
- in the dry season → often only minimal flow
👉 Reality: without water it's more of a short stop than a highlight.
How long to spend here
- 5-15 minutes is enough for most people
- max 1 hour in the whole area of Namtok Than Sadet National Park if you go through more cascades
👉 Ideal as a short stop, not the main destination of the day.
