The Millennium Monument is a national memorial designed to resemble the Washington Monument in Washington, D.C.

The golden, narrow obelisk is 68 metres high. The iron structure is engraved with important dates and milestones in the history of the Malaysian nation.
At night, the obelisk also serves as a lighthouse.
You can also admire the beautiful golden sculpture of a giant vase in the park in front of the monument.
