When to buy and flight prices

The lowest prices tend to be between 2-6 months before departure. However, it's not unusual for Air Europa to offer bargain fares well in advance, almost a year in advance.

Such tickets are especially worth buying during busy periods such as holidays and Christmas.

Air Europa often offers bargain flights from Europe to New York, Miami or certain destinations in Latin America - most notably Ecuador, Brazil, Mexico, Colombia or the Dominican Republic.

Fare classes

Air Europa offers 2 standard classes of travel - economy and business class. The individual classes are then further differentiated into several groups, called fare families.

Fares are higher with a higher fare class. The individual benefits are shown in the table in the figure:

Air Europa destinations

The airline has its main hub at Madrid MAD airport. From here it flies all long-haul and most international routes as well as domestic services within Spain.

Within Spain, Air Europa flies to most mainland and island airports (Balearic Islands and Canary Islands).
