Air Europa is a classic network carrier and offers free check-in at the airport.

Check-in at the airport

Check-in at the airport check-in counter is free and available at the following times:

• Long-haul flights - 3 hours to 60 minutes before departure
• Short-haul flights (Europe) - 2 hours to 60 minutes before departure (for domestic flights within Spain, the counter closes 45 minutes before departure)

Online check-in

You can check in yourself online via your mobile phone or computer at aireuropa.com/checkin.

Check-in is available 48 hours before departure and the latest you can generate your boarding pass is 2 hours before departure. For flights to/from the USA, online check-in is available 24 hours before travel.

Mobile check-in is available by downloading the Air Europa app. You do not need to print your boarding pass, just show the barcode on your mobile phone at the airport.

Seat selection

The selection of a specific seat is charged for Economy Lite and Economy Standard fares.

On routes within Europe, you can pay for a seat from 10 eur and on long-haul routes to America or Africa, the price starts at 35 eur.

If you don't choose a seat, it will be randomly assigned to you for free.
