Patkuli viewpoint

Patkuli

Patkuli is a viewpoint on the northernmost edge of the historic centre of Toompea and, in our opinion, the most beautiful in Tallinn.

Unlike the more famous Kohtuotsa view, you can see St. Olaf's Tower better from here, along with much of the northern walls around the historic centre.

The unique position of the observation deck directly to the north makes the place suitable for a day visit. At least one side of the tower of St. Olaf Church will be nicely lit by the sun at any time of the day.
