Getting to Tallinn

Tallinn is Estonia's main transport hub, and with its international airport and busy port, it is easily accessible from all over Europe or Helsinki, Finland.
Tallinn is also served by long-distance international buses and a train from Latvia.
By air

By train
The rail connection works particularly well for travel to Estonian destinations. All trains run from the central Balti jaam station located on the northern edge of the historic centre.
International direct trains run to Valga border station on the Estonian-Latvian border, where there is a guaranteed transfer to a train onwards to Riga.
A new high-speed railway, Rail Baltica, is under construction to connect Tallinn, Riga and Vilnius.
