Discounted return tickets to Thailand are currently available for dates in May, June and September. Flights from Prague to Bangkok can be made with Star Alliance airlines, specifically Lufthansa, SWISS or Austrian Airlines, for the price of 522 eur.

Flights include short and convenient stopovers in Munich, Vienna or Zurich.

The basic fare includes cabin baggage only, which is a common and sufficient solution for many travellers when travelling to Asia. The checked baggage option is available at 664 eur and is not as attractive in terms of price. These tickets are therefore particularly suitable for those who travel light and make do with hand luggage.

The period of May, June and September is particularly good for visiting islands in the Gulf of Thailand such as Ko Samui, Ko Phangan or Ko Tao. The islands can be reached by direct flight from Bangkok, or by a combination of land transport and boat connections.

It is also necessary to take into account the current entry conditions before travelling. To enter Thailand, a free online form is required, which can be submitted no earlier than three days before departure.
