Today, 8 July 2026, Wizz Air announced a wave of 16 new routes from several Spanish airports – 11 of which will be domestic routes within Spain, and 5 will be international routes.

Wizz Air will launch these new routes at the end of 2026, which will provide stiff competition for airlines such as Vueling and Volotea.

Domestic routes

• Valencia – Asturias: from 2 December, 5 times a week
• Valencia – Bilbao: from 14 December, once a day
• Valencia – Palma de Mallorca: from 14 December, once a day
• Valencia – Santander: from 1 December, twice a week
• Valencia – Santiago de Compostela: from 2 December, 4 times a week
• Madrid – Asturias: from 2 December, 4 times a week
• Madrid – Palma de Mallorca: twice daily from 1 December
• Madrid – Santiago de Compostela: from 1 December, three times a week
• Bilbao – Málaga: from 14 December, once a day
• Bilbao – Santiago de Compostela: four times a week from 2 December

International routes

• Almería – Bucharest Otopeni: from 2 December, three times a week
• Asturias – London Luton: from 1 December, three times a week
• Bilbao – Wrocław: from 19 December, twice a week
• Granada – London Luton: from 2 January, twice a week
• Valencia – Brașov: from 1 December, three times a week
• Valencia – Naples: from 14 December, once a day
