As well as special-offer flights from Prague to France, Volotea is also offering cheap flights to Florence this autumn. You can book return flights from Prague at 40 eur, and they’re particularly good value for long weekends.

In October, you can set off from Thursday to Sunday via 56 eur. The flight times are also a plus – you depart from Prague at 9.20 am and return from Florence as late as 6.45 pm on Sunday, so you can make the most of your time in Italy.

In November and December, flights run from Friday to Monday, and you can book return tickets at 40 eur. The times aren’t quite as appealing – the flight leaves Prague on Friday at 8.55 pm and returns from Florence on Monday as early as 7.00 am. Even so, it’s a great way to enjoy a cheap long weekend in Florence.

Verona in December is also available at similar prices, with several dates offering return flights from 40 eur.

Megavolotea prices: When booking flights, select the prices with Megavolotea membership, which you can then cancel immediately via the airline’s online portal. Membership isn’t worth it for domestic travellers, but the airline allows a 15-day trial period. You’ll keep your tickets at the lower price, but any other benefits will be cancelled.
