Transfer at Jakarta Soekarno Hatta Airport

Jakarta Airport operates three terminals:

  • Terminal 1: handles only domestic flights of Citilik, Batik Air, Transnusa and selected Lion Air flights,
  • Terminal 2: handles international flights by Air Asia, Asiana Airlines, Batik Air, Cathay Pacific, Cebu Pacific, Etihad, EVA Air, Malaysia Airlines, Malindo Air, Philippine Airlines, Qantas, Qatar, Royal Brunei, SriLankan and Turkish Airlines, as well as domestic flights by Air Asia, Nam Air, Sriwijaya Air and selected Lion Air flights,
  • Terminal 3: handles all Garuda flights (domestic and international) + international flights only on Air China, ANA, China Airlines, China Southern Airlines, Citilink, Emirates, Ethiopian Airlines, Japan Airlines, Jetstar, KLM, Korean Air, Oman Air, Saudia, Scoot, Singapore Airlines, THAI, Vietnam Airlines and Xiamen Air.

A free airport bus and an automated train run between the terminals with intervals of around 10 minutes.

As you will most likely be connecting between two non-consecutive flights, it is recommended to leave a minimum of 3 hours for connecting flights.
