Airport Hotels at Jakarta Soekarno-Hatta and Sleeping in the Terminal

Jakarta

Are you looking for accommodation near Jakarta Soekarno-Hatta Airport whilst on a connecting flight or for an early morning departure?

Spending the night at the airport – opening hours

The airport is open 24/7. Flight traffic remains very heavy throughout the night.

There are virtually no comfortable places to spend the night in the public area. However, in the transit zone you’ll find plenty of seats without backrests, and in the international section of Terminal 3 there are even comfortable loungers in the relaxation area, which are accessible free of charge.

All security checkpoints are open 24/7, but you can only pass through them with a valid boarding pass, which you will receive approximately 4 hours before departure (up to 7 hours before departure for Garuda flights).

If you have a connecting flight, you can easily spend the whole night in the terminal.

Hotels at the airport

There are no hotels in the transit area, so if you want to stay near the airport, you’ll always have to go outside (i.e. go through immigration).

Accommodation near the terminal is a very convenient option for departures before 8.00 am, which can only be reached by DAMRI buses or taxis.
