PLAY is an Icelandic low-cost airline established in 2019 and operating routes from Iceland's main airport Keflavik across Europe.
Compared to rival Icelandair, PLAY often has lower fares but fewer destinations and services or baggage allowance.
For a long time, the airline focused on connecting passengers between Europe and North America, but as of 2025, it is eliminating all flights to Canada and the US and focusing exclusively on Europe.
The company operates a modern fleet of Airbus A320 and A321 aircraft.

Who would have expected that, when it didn't go WOW before? The model could be interesting, but it would have to have cheaper tickets than conventional airlines or at least the connection times wouldn't require an overnight stay in Iceland...
We didn't manage to play ...
We only managed to fly through the above mentioned WOW in 2017 for a great 69 USD/person on the route SFO-KEF-SXF.
