Nogi Shrine

Nogi Shrine

This Shinto shrine acts as a refuge from the busy Roppongi Street. It was built in honour of General Nogi Maresuke in 1923.

Find the cheapest hotel in Tokyo

Nogi Shrine is relatively small and we recommend visiting it only if you have a way around, for example, when visiting the wild Roppongi district.

It only takes about 10 minutes to visit Nogi as it has no indoor facilities and the overall area is very small.

Admission is free and it is open daily from 6am-5pm.
