The best-rated accommodation near the airport isB&B Torre Pozzillo (approx. 2 km) or Villa MiraMar Exclusive Home (5 km). However, you’ll need to take a taxi to reach either of them, which will cost around 15 eur.

Hotels in Palermo

A better option would therefore be to take the last or first bus into the city and find accommodation in the centre of Palermo.
