Airport Hotels at Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen and Sleeping in the Terminal

Istanbul - Blue Mosque

The airport operates all night and many departures take place in the very early hours of the morning, as well as arrivals are often late after midnight. Even with the greater distance to the city centre and the not-so-busy night traffic, we definitely recommend staying in one of the hotels near the airport in these cases.

Hotels near the airport

Directly within the terminal you can use ISG Sabiha Gökçen Airport Hotel **** with very reasonable rates up to 85 eur per night for a 2-bed room. The price is really good considering the fact that the hotel is located only 50 meters from the terminal.

Directly in the transit zone of the international part of the terminal there are hotel Kepler Club Sabiha Gökçen Airport. This hotel is suitable for long layover passengers who don't want to leave the transit area and go through immigration control.

There are classic rooms at high prices from 200 eur, but also small sleeping cubicles at prices from 75 eur.

No hotels near the airport will offer a free transfer to the terminal.

Hotels in Istanbul

A much wider range of accommodation of all kinds is open to you in central Istanbul. However, for early morning departures or late night arrivals, it's a good idea to expect that taxis will be your only transport option.
