Burgas Airport is located on the Black Sea coast about 10 kilometres north of the town of the same name.
Its location makes it ideal for travelling to seaside resorts such as Sunny Beach, Nessebar, Ravda, Pomorie, Sozopol, Primorsko, Kiten and many others in the Burgas region, which is used by both individual travellers and especially tour operators.
From October to March the airport is empty and the only regular flights are operated by Wizz Air. On the other hand, during the summer season, Burgas can be reached by many scheduled and charter flights for travel agents from all over Europe.
