Barbados’s only airport is situated at the southern tip of the island, just under 19 km from the capital, Bridgetown. The airport is one of the busiest in the Caribbean, with scheduled flights to destinations throughout the Caribbean, the USA, Canada and Brazil, as well as many direct flights to Europe.

Different airlines refer to the airport by different names in their timetables and on their tickets. Some refer to it as “Bridgetown Airport”, whilst others use the more general term “Barbados Airport”.
