Getting from Antalya Airport

The airport is accessible by bus and tram, but please note that the tram only stops at Terminal 1 and does not go to Terminal 2, 1 km away.
If you are flying with a tour operator, a bus will be provided to your hotel - look for your tour operator's delegate on arrival.

Antray Tram
The most direct service from Terminal 1 is provided by the modern high-speed tram line T1A. It connects the airport with the historic centre and the main bus station (Otogar).
Terminal 2 can be reached by free airport bus.
Especially when travelling from the centre, beware that there are also trams of line T1B on the route, but they go to the Expo terminal and avoid the airport.
A single journey ticket (no transfers) costs 18 try and can also be paid for with a regular credit card, which you just need to attach to the turnstile when entering the bus stop.

Taxi / Uber
Especially from Terminal 2, which is not accessible by tram, the fastest way to get to the centre is by taxi. Official taxis always have to use the meter.
A trip to Antalya city centre will cost roughly 13 usd (or the equivalent in Turkish lira, the value of which is constantly changing due to high inflation).
Uber works well in Antalya, often offering cheaper fares than taxis (from about 8 usd).
Car rental
Want to explore the Turkish Riviera and all of southern Turkey on your own? Then we definitely recommend renting a car right at the airport.
There are many local and multinational rental companies operating at the airport. The cheapest reputable rental companies, Alamo or Enterprise, start with prices from 250 eur per week.

Fresh experience: 9/25 1EUR= 46-48 TL that's a drop in 1 week
Right:
Tram T1A...there is a free shuttle bus from arrival T2 to the bus stop. If driving from the center to the airport, beware, there is also a tram T1B to Aksu on this line (can be used to visit Perge).
Uber in general in Antalya works absolutely reliably day and night...anyway a yellow taxi will come for you, the same one you catch on the street. The fare downtown airport 500 to 700 TL depending on distance. Can pay in the app or directly with cash, card in TL and EUR.
Public transport fares:
Antalya card costs 50TL, charged with amounts in TL easiest at vending machines, fare costs 27TL for 60 min and can be changed within one fare and validity period. Antalya card single for 2 or 4 rides costs 10TL plus fare 30TL per ride..validity and transfers the same. Payment by credit or debit card...fare is 33TL. Validity the same but no transfers. Revolut, Google pay and Apple pay from your phone work. All cards are paid by attaching to the payment symbols...there are turnstiles on T1 and T3 lines, and a terminal at the front door on T2 and buses. It is only attached when boarding.
Rentals...mid-September, a week for a small SUV with full insurance €200 at Turtas. Payment by card only possible in TL, cash is possible in EUR. Car in good shape, office is outside the airport, on call ( t mobile without roaming package 35 CZK) will arrive within 10 min, meeting point at Starbucks in front of T2 arrival hall. Upon return of the car, immediate transfer to the airport. Rented with empty tank and returned with empty tank which is hard to estimate. You have to watch the range. This practice is probably typical, it has always been the case with car rentals in Turkey. I don't know if all rental companies do it. We have always used a local for price, relaxed attitude and full insurance.
