Newcastle upon Tyne is a city on the border between England and Scotland that tends to be somewhat overlooked.

Yet, in my opinion, it’s the most diverse and tourist-friendly city in the whole of the UK after London!

For a long time, Jet2.com had a monopoly on the direct Prague–Newcastle route.

However, since 2 August, easyJet has also been operating on the route, offering return tickets on certain dates (such as Thursday–Sunday) in November for as little as 59 eur .

The average price ranges from 1,600 to 103 eur , which is still significantly less than with Jet2.com.

I was really impressed by Newcastle and, above all, the surrounding area, which is why I’ve written a few articles.

I hope they’ll tempt you too, because (perhaps like you) I wasn’t expecting anything at all from Newcastle before I went.
