Super Air Jet baggage
Although Super Air Jet presents itself as an ultra-low-cost airline, you can carry free checked baggage up to 20 kg on its best-selling "Economy" fare.
The cabin baggage policy is strict and only allows a small carry-on suitcase or backpack of 40 x 30 x 20 cm.
Cabin baggage
Super Air only allows you to take a very small carry-on bag on board. The dimensions must not exceed 40x30x20 cm and the weight must be under 7 kg.
However, 1 small personal item such as:
- laptop bag
- a small ladies handbag
- umbrella
- coat
- a bag with supplies for a small child under 2 years old
Checked baggage
You can check in your baggage up to 20 kg free of charge on the "Economy" fare. On some flights, for example to Sumatra or Borneo and others, the weight limit is only 15 kg.
The "Promo" fare does not include checked baggage, but this fare is only available on special occasions.
You can add extra kilograms when you buy your ticket. Prices vary according to the specific route and the number of kilograms selected and range from 95 000 idr for 5 extra kilograms to 570 000 idr for 30 extra kilograms.
