Air Tanzania in a nutshell

Air Tanzania is the national airline of Tanzania and the largest airline in the East African country.
The airline's motto "The Wings of Kilimanjaro" refers to the highest mountain in Africa, which is located in Tanzania, while the giraffe motif on the tail symbolizes the country's natural wealth.
It operates a fleet of around 15 aircraft - it uses Bombardier Dash 400 turboprops on short regional routes, Boeing 737 MAX 9 or Airbus A220s on medium-haul routes and Boeing 787 Dreamliners on long-haul routes.
Air Tanzania operates its routes mainly from Dar es Salaam DAR and Zanzibar ZNZ airports.
