Air Greenland in a nutshell

Air Greenland is the national airline of Greenland and provides vital connections to all Greenland's towns and villages.
There are no intercity roads in Greenland, so the only transport options are planes and helicopters or slow boats. We detail information about travelling in this country in our guide to Greenland.
Air Greenland has one long-haul modern Airbus A330-800neo aircraft in its fleet, used almost exclusively for the Nuuk GOH - Copenhagen CPH route.
For domestic services and short haul flights to Canada or Iceland, it uses 8 De Havilland Dash 8-200 turboprops for about 35 people and for routes to villages without an airport, Air Greenland has 18 modern Airbus H155 or Airbus AS350 helicopters.
Air Greenland aircraft are recognisable at a glance due to their all-red livery with white lettering.
