Aeroflot will offer free carriage of two hand luggage and in most cases checked baggage under the following conditions.

Carry-on baggage

Each passenger is entitled to two pieces of hand baggage. One standard suitcase and one smaller personal item. The hand luggage limit is as follows:

The personal bag must have a maximum dimension of 80 cm on all three sides and weigh no more than 5 kg. This can be a handbag, a laptop bag, a duty-free shopping bag or a folding pushchair for the plane.

Checked baggage

For tickets with Aeroflot, one piece of checked baggage up to 23 kg is included. However, this does not apply to tickets purchased on a Lite fare (Lite or Lite Promo). Checked baggage is not included in the Lite fare.

The baggage allowance is further increased according to the fare as follows:

  • Economy class (Lite, Lite Promo) - no baggage
  • Economy class (Classic, Saver, Promo) - 1 piece of 23 kg
  • Economy Class (Flex) - 2 pieces of 23 kg each

  • Premium Economy Class (Classic, Flex) - 2 pieces of 23 kg each
  • Business Class (Base) - 1 piece of 32 kg

In addition, there is an exception for flights to/from Delhi, Beijing, Shanghai and Chengdu, where you can always carry 2 pieces of luggage on these routes except on Lite fares.

Strollers for children

Aeroflot always carries pushchairs for children free of charge. If you have a foldable stroller the size of hand luggage, it can be brought on board. Otherwise, you must check it in before boarding.

Baggage limits are the same as the adult fare.
