Aeroflot is strongly affected by Russian aggression and the war in Ukraine. Many countries have banned the airline from their airspace and therefore they have had to significantly reorganise the air services they offer.
Tickets can be purchased on the airline's website, but only with payment cards issued in Russia.
Destinations
The main air bases include Moscow Sheremetyevo SVO, Moscow Vnukovo VNO, St Petersburg LED, Ekaterinburg SVX and Krasnoyarsk KJA airports.
Most routes are to Central and East Asian countries such as Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Armenia and China. Frequent services also include routes to Cuba, Emirates and Turkey, especially to Antalya AYT airport.
