When you say Seoul (서울), most seasoned travelers and geographers correctly place it somewhere in South Korea as its capital. Yes, that's right. But it's also a diverse, fun place and an amazing mix of old and new, plus there's delicious food. So, what more could you ask for?

There are plenty of attractions and things to do in Seoul. From temples and palaces to modern glass skyscrapers. Worth mentioning is Seorae Island, which lies adjacent to the Han River and is a place where you can wander hand-in-hand with your sweetheart or go for a walk with a friend. Paris has the Eiffel Tower, Prague has the Petrin Tower and Seoul has the Namsan Tower (N tower for short). It is 236 metres high and is the highest point in Seoul. In Bukchon Hanok village you can admire the typical Korean style.
