Warsaw Modlin Airport in a nutshell

Warsaw

Near the town of Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki lies a low-cost airport known as Warsaw–Modlin. It is 42 km from the centre of Warsaw.

Modlin serves as one of Ryanair’s many hubs; Ryanair is also the only airline operating at this airport.

Although the terminal is new and modern, it suffers from a lack of seating and a lack of space – it is a typical low-cost airport where comfort is reduced to the bare minimum. The airport is very small and it is impossible to get lost there. A map of the terminal is available on the airport’s website:modlinairport.pl/plan-terminalu.

Modlin is merely a secondary airport for Warsaw. The main Warsawairport, WAW, is situated much closer to the city centre and is served by many airlines from across Europe.
