Arrivals and departures at Osaka Itami Airport

Osaka Namba

Looking for arrivals or departures to/from Osaka Itami Airport online in real time to check for delays or boarding times? The official airport website always offers the most accurate information:

Where are the arrivals and departures?

Itami Airport has one main building divided into north and south sections according to airlines.

🛬 Arrivals - 2nd floor
🛫 Departures and check-in desks - 1st floor (ground floor)

The airport is significantly smaller than Kansai KIX and orientation is very easy.

Moving between the entrance, check-in and security only takes a few minutes.

When to be at ITM Airport?

The airport is exclusively for domestic flights within Japan.

We recommend arriving 60-90 minutes before departure.

Security is quick and there is no passport control.

Morning rush hour (approx 7:00-9:00am) can mean shorter queues, but it's still nothing dramatic - the queues are well organised and you'll rarely wait longer than 15 minutes.

Is Osaka Itami Airport open at night?

No. The airport doesn't have 24-hour operations like major international airports.

Operations usually end around 21:00-22:00 depending on the last flights.

Night arrivals and departures are not common.

If you are departing early in the morning, it is worth considering accommodation near the airport.
