Internet and wi-fi

Unlimited free wi-fi is available throughout the airport. Connect to the "AIRPORT" network.

If you use a sim card from an EU country, you can make calls and use data in Norway at the same prices as in your home country, even though Norway is not a member of the EU.

Restaurants and shops

Inside the terminal you'll find the Svalbard Café shop and snack bar in the public area, which includes a small mini-market with Coop takeaway food.

Opening hours follow regular departures and arrivals.

ATMs

There is one Nordea ATM in the public area with charges of around 50 nok per withdrawal. However, you probably won't need cash anywhere in Norway. Cards are accepted for payment everywhere, including rural restaurants and food stalls.

Luggage storage and other services

Svalbard Airport does not currently operate a luggage storage facility.

Due to the size of the airport, services are very limited and include only airline or car rental information desks.
