Kangerlussuaq is such a small village that you can walk everywhere.
Plus, most tourists stay at the Kangerlussuaq Hotel ***, which is right on the airport concourse, before heading to the Arctic Circle Trail anyway.
Two parts of Kangerlussuaq, about 2 km apart, are connected by a city bus that also stops at the airport.
The bus runs twice an hour. On weekdays from about 6:00 to 18:50 and on Saturdays only until 13:50. It does not run on Sundays and public holidays.
Ticket price is 20 dkk and can only be paid in cash at the driver.
