Girona Costa Brava Airport in a nutshell
Girona Airport is very close to the popular Costa Brava and can also be a starting point for trips to the Pyrenees. It is also sometimes used as an alternative airport for the city of Barcelona, 90 kilometres away.
The vast majority of traffic here is handled by low-cost and charter airlines. Ryanair accounts for the largest share of traffic.
