Gdansk Lech Walesa Airport in a nutshell

Gdansk International Airport is named after Polish President Lech Wałęsa, whose signature "W" has been adopted as the airport's logo and can be seen on arrival at the terminal.
The airport is located in the area known as the Tri-City, close to the cities of Gdańsk (12 km), Sopot (10 km) and Gdynia (23 km).
Low-cost airlines Wizz Air and Ryanair operate their bases here, flying to the most important cities in Europe.

I can confirm that a ticket for bus 210 from the airport to the city centre/railway station costs PLN 4.80 (as of August 2025) and can be bought at the ticket machine at the bus platform and paid for with a card without any problems. On a weekday the bus interval is 30 min, but on the way back to the airport on Sunday afternoon the interval was an hour. So if you miss the bus on Sunday, it's better to take the train back to the airport, which is slightly more expensive.
note: we even experienced a ticket revision on bus 210, where the driver announced that a revision was in progress and to get everyone's tickets ready for checking, it's a long bus and by the time the reviser got to us we could have got off at two stops ....... but we didn't, we had our tickets
I guess when I went ticket checking recently too, they often catch someone there :D
Where exactly is the bus stop for the downtown to airport bus? I couldn't find it. On the way from the airport it stops at the main station (on the other side of the street), but I couldn't find a stop in the other direction - there are about 5 of them and none of them were.
