Official taxis still have a station in the arrivals hall where you can find out the price and get a receipt.

Public transport buses (Colectivos)
There are many regular city bus lines running along the main road about 50 metres from the terminal, which are the cheapest option for getting from the airport to the city centre.
To travel by bus or metro in Buenos Aires you need to obtain a SUBE recharge card. There is no other form of payment on the buses or metro.
At Aeroparque Airport, SUBE cards are sold at the "Open 25" kiosks, which are located in many places in all terminals.
The card itself costs 880 ars, and you load any amount of money directly onto it when you buy it.
