Getting from Asturias Airport

The airport is connected to the surrounding area by a regular Alsa bus service to Gijón, Avilés and Ovideo.
There are also many car rental counters in the terminal.
Alsa buses
Spain's largest bus company , Alsa, connects Asturias Airport with three nearby cities: Aviles, Gijon and Oviedo.
Timetables and online ticketing can be found at alsa.es.
However, tickets can be bought on the spot from the driver (payment by card or cash).
Buses leave the airport 1-2 times per hour. The last bus to all cities leaves at 1:20.

Car rental
The most convenient mode of transport if you want to discover all the natural beauty of Asturias is renting a car. Several local and international rental companies are located in the arrivals hall. It is always best to book a car in advance for the lowest price.
Weekly rental prices range from around 220 eur when booking in advance.
Taxi
Only regular taxis operate in the Asturias region and mobile apps like Uber or Bolt do not operate here.
Taxis are always metered and payment is usually by card only.
Due to the long distances involved, prices are quite high. Expect roughly the following prices:
- Avilés - 15 eur
- Gijón - 30 eur
- Oviedo - 37 eur
