Do I understand correctly that the person accompanying the child under 2 years old has free priority boarding and a larger handbook (in addition to the small underseat)? Has anyone verified this in practice?

Yes, it's a common practice with the better airlines. For example, Air Baltic has a 10 kg checked baggage allowance for an infant.
what are the current baggage limits for Volotea?
The limits have not changed, so still the same as described above.
I bought my 2 tickets in December for a trip in June 2026 with the megavolotea season ticket, so baggage-10kg free. But my subscription has just expired and I haven't renewed it. I've received an email from them telling me that for my June trip I no longer benefit from the megavolotea advantages, and that to avoid paying extra at the airport, I have to renew my subscription. But I've already had my boarding passes since January. Is there a risk of paying a supplement on my baggage (2x) of -10 kg when I go to board?
Yes, you will have to pay extra for your luggage. Membership benefits are only valid for as long as the membership is active.
You can also buy discounted tickets for a date after your membership expires - they will remain with you. But all benefits and services are only valid during the active Megavolotea.
