Hi, two days ago we flew from KTH to Phuket. We had 55 minutes to change planes. We left Nepal with a 30 minute delay. Before landing, the flight attendants came to us that they knew we had a connection and moved us to bussiness class. At disembarkation the steward announced our gate number and also that the plane to Phuket was delayed. After disembarking, there were ground staff standing there with the numbers of connecting flights which they wrote on our boarding passes. And he directed us on. Great organization and proactive approach, compared to the approach of competitor Turkish Airlines.
