Hi, Scoot and I are flying from Vienna to Krabi and I should be departing from Terminal 3. But on the internet it says they operate from Terminal 1, so I don't know where the check-in point is at the airport, I don't want to spend an hour looking for it. Does anyone know?
Check-in does not have to be at the same terminal as departure. The two terminals are connected and only a retard would spend an hour looking for it. Just walk in and read the info on the display.
Hi, I would like to ask...if I want to buy a ticket from Scoot, do I have to sign up? It threw me to the Singapore airlines site, I signed up there, but then it doesn't show me cheaper tickets from Scoot. And there's no way to click through. If I wasn't logged into Scoot then it wouldn't check in. thanks
I'm flying from Athens to Singapore and Singapore to Sydney with Scott.the first flight has been changed.I won't be able to make the second one.where do I report
Resolve with airline support, the sooner the better. The airport would also reroute you to the next closest flight for free, but it's possible the next ones would be sold out and you'd have to stay in Singapore for a few days.
