On each flight, you have one free carry-on bag (up to 115 cm) up to 5 kg. A laptop or ladies handbag is tolerated as extra baggage.
Checked baggage is also free of charge. For international flights (even if one international ticket includes a purely domestic flight), you are entitled to carry two pieces of luggage weighing up to 23 kg each.
The company does not carry pets, with a few exceptions; reservations must be made at least 72 hours before departure.
Each passenger can carry one pair of skis or golf bag free of charge.
