Norway’s capital may strike some as a sleepy place, but the opposite is true.

This makes it the perfect destination for a long weekend, or as a starting point or final stop on a longer trip aimed at exploring the natural beauty of this Nordic country. After all, you can reach the nearest mountain resorts directly from the city centre by metro in 30 minutes.
