Azerbaijan's national carrier is again discounting its special fares to Kazakhstan. Kazakhstan's largest city Almaty, located in the foothills of the Tien Shan foothills, is now available from 238,88 eur.

In addition, AZAL also flies to other destinations in Kazakhstan - to the coastal city of Aktau (288,51 eur), to the capital Astana (323,51 eur) and also to the city of Atyrau, where, however, it is not yet possible to buy return tickets from Prague.

Autumn in Almaty is ideal for exploring the city and hiking in the mountains - the parks are bursting with colour and the weather is still pleasant. In the winter months, the nearby ski resorts beckon, where you'll enjoy quality slopes overlooking snow-covered Tian Shan. Central Asia's largest ski resort , Shymbulak, is located just outside Almaty.
