Sicily's third largest airport is located at the western tip of the island, about 20 km from Trapani. The local airport has significantly fewer scheduled services than the larger airports of Palermo or Catania, but it still offers direct flights to around 25 destinations across Europe.
Trapani is an ideal base for travelling throughout western Sicily or to the Aegadian Islands.
