The airport's compact and well-organised complex has one terminal divided into four interconnected halls: A, B, C, D. Different airlines check in at each hall:

- Concourse C - Aegean Airlines, Aer Lingus, Air Canada, Air Transat, British Airways, Brussels Airlines, easyJet, Iberia, Lufthansa, TAP, Turkish Airlines, Twin Jet, Volotea
- Concourse D - Air Corsica, Air France, KLM, Transavia

The security checkpoint always leads to the central transit area. Some gates are freely accessible (departures to the Schengen area), some are after passport control.

Transfer between flights
Toulouse Airport is not a typical transfer hub and therefore does not have a transit zone for connecting passengers.
In any case, you have to leave the transit area, go out and go back through security. In total, this procedure can take up to 1 hour due to possible longer queues.
