Internet and wi-fi

Luggage storage

Luggage storage facilities can be found at four locations in Terminal 1 and three locations in Terminal 2.

The fee at all counters is the same, and depending on the size of your luggage, is between 400 jpy and 950 jpy for a full day's storage.

Shops and supermarkets

Narita Airport is well-equipped with shops of all categories. You will visit several classic duty free shops, luxury fashion, souvenir, electronics or travel equipment stores.

Most of the shops are located after the security checkpoints.

Grocery stores are in particular demand, where you can purchase takeaway snacks in the form of drinks, sweets, sandwiches or salads. At the airport, you can buy your groceries mainly at the mini-markets located in all terminals.

Catering

A wide variety of dining options are available in all terminals and the airport is one of the best equipped in this respect.

Dine in typical Japanese, Western and Asian restaurants, mostly in the higher price ranges. Well-known fast-food outlets include Subway, McDonald's and Starbucks.

The vast majority of restaurants in Terminal 1 are open until about 8:00 to 20:30. In Terminal 2, most restaurants open around 7:00am and in Terminal 3 from 5:00am. Which establishments have the longest opening hours?

ATMs and money changers

There are a huge number of exchange offices at the airport, most with fairly good rates.

There are many ATMs from Japanese banks in the arrival and departure halls of all terminals, where foreign cards are also accepted.

Public showers

Showers are located in several places where all passengers have access.

The cost is 1 050 jpy for 30 minutes and includes towel, soap and other toiletries.

Last access is always 30 minutes before closing time.

Travelling with children

Airport strollers can be rented free of charge in all terminals, always at the information desk after security check.

There are discreet rooms with baby changing facilities for parents with small children throughout the airport.

Drinking water

All terminals are equipped with a large number of drinking fountains, from which you can fill your own bottle with free hot and cold drinking water after security.
