Water 0,5 liters only at the stand at the gate 3,5 Eur, coffee around 2,5 Eur (espresso, lungo) in general it seemed to me that they have it arranged here and keep the prices. They don't have water or any usable food in the "Duty Free" like in Vienna, so that leaves the little snack stand. There was still some bistro before checking in, but I didn't even see the prices there.
Ideally buy before going to the airport in a shop.
Plenty of seating before check-in, even with tables, the airport is pretty empty at the end of May, probably worse in high season.
Check in bags at a common counter for all flights and airlines, at Ryan the counter person didn't see that I had bought a 2nd suitcase and only took it when I looked it up on the Ryan website that there was a 2x20kg.
