Transfer between flights

If you have a transfer at Sofia Airport within one booking (guaranteed by the airline), it will always take place only within Terminal 2.

The transfer is very well signposted and thanks to the small terminal and the not very busy flights, you don't have to worry about long queues. The transfer can be made in less than 20 minutes.

You will always go through security and passport control during your transfer.

Transfer between terminals

You can use the airport bus between terminals, especially if you arrive at the airport by metro. There is only a metro station at Terminal 2.

The shuttle only runs within the "landside", i.e. the public section, and stops are always right outside the terminal.

Buses operate 24/7. Once every 30 minutes during the day and once every 40 minutes at night.

You can also move between terminals by following the marked walkway. The walking distance is less than 2 km.
