Getting from Phnom Penh Techo Airport
The journey to Phom Penh, 25 km away, takes 40-60 minutes depending on the mode of transport chosen.
The airport is served by a special bus service and official taxis.
Buses offer the cheapest way to travel, but due to the low frequency of connections, local taxi companies (private transfers) offer the best value for money. The Grab mobile app offers a hassle-free journey.

Hi, the price agrees, just a note that if you withdraw at the airport (ATMs are on the right by the back wall and also around the corner by the gate in the concourse) you will get large bills. For the bus, you have to walk a big chunk straight out of the concourse, through the parking lot and up to the main road. For us the "problem" was that the driver didn't have change, he changed the whole bus for us. Sure would be nice to have 1 usd in your pocket which in 25-26 is about 4000 khr. The ride was fine, just better to get stopped in the centre during morning and afternoon-evening rush hours if it suits you and walk to the bus rather than wait from traffic light to traffic light. But it depends where you're staying and what the actual traffic is like. A minimum of 3 hours' notice is recommended for departure.
Hello. Can I please ask if the wifi at the airport is cool? When I want to arrange a grab to the center. And bus tickets can be bought directly from the sofer?
Thank you
