Mostar International Airport in a nutshell

Mostar

The historic city of Mostar, in the south of Bosnia and Herzegovina, has its own international airport about 8 km south of the centre. Less than 30 km from the airport is the famous Christian pilgrimage site of Međugorje.

Mostar Airport is one of the smallest airports in Europe. Passengers are served by one very small terminal common to all departures. From the entrance to the terminal to the aircraft you walk no more than 100 metres.

Currently, Mostar has a single regular service to Zagreb with connections to other European destinations, operated by Croatia Airlines.

There are also occasional charter or seasonal flights to Mostar from various Italian or German cities. However, these routes usually operate for one season only and are subsequently cancelled.

Significantly busier connections are offered by Sarajevo Airport ( 127 km) or Split Airport in Croatia (183 km).
