Internet and Wi-Fi

You can connect to the internet via Wi-Fi for 30 minutes free of charge. Connect to the ‘Luton Airport Wi-Fi’ hotspot. You’ll need to renew your connection every 30 minutes.

At Luton Airport, there are several food shops where you can buy snacks cheaply and quickly before your flight, as well as a light dinner to take back to your hotel after a late arrival:

• WHSmith: mini-market – arrivals, public area, 4:00–22:00
• WHSmith: mini-market – after security, 4.00 am–10.00 pm

In the transit area, you can also make use of the Boots pharmacy, open from 4:00–22:00.

There is a much wider selection of shops in the transit area, where you can buy clothes, jewellery, duty-free items or souvenirs.

Luggage storage

You can store your luggage near the oversized luggage counter in the departures hall, close to the security checkpoint. The charge for 24 hours is 10 gbp.

The Luggage Point storage facility is open daily from 4.00 am to 10.00 pm.

Drinking water

After security, you’ll find a number of drinking fountains where you can fill your own bottle with cold drinking water free of charge.

Smoking areas

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the airport, and there are no designated smoking areas.

Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas outside the terminal.
