Although Iasi Airport technically has four terminals, in reality only one – the state-of-the-art Terminal 4 – is actually in use.

Terminal 3 is also in operation, but it is used exclusively for arrivals from non-Schengen destinations and is located just about 50 metres from Terminal 4.

All check-in desks for departures to all destinations are in Terminal 4.

The airport is small and easy to navigate, but can get quite crowded at certain times of the day, so I recommend arriving at least 90 minutes before your flight.

Terminal 4 is, however, modern and relatively spacious, though queues do occasionally form at the security checks.

There are no hotels near the airport, but the city centre is only 6 km away, so accommodation in the centre of Iasi is perfectly fine even for early morning departures .
